Hi there! Development of Guilty Pleasures is entering the home stretch, and today we want to show you how the game has transformed recently!

We’ve put a lot of work into the project’s visuals: we’ve redesigned the characters, updated the locations, and paid special attention to detail so that every scene looks even more expressive.

And today we’re ready to share the results!

Let’s start with the characters! We’ve significantly revamped their appearance, paying special attention to the details, expressiveness, and individuality of each character.

The updated sprites better convey the characters’ personalities and emotions, making them even more vivid and memorable. And today, we’ll show you just a few of the updated designs!

But it wasn’t just the characters! We’ve also updated the locations where the game’s main events will unfold:

Monroe House - Marcus’s new home, full of interesting neighbors, personal secrets, and unexpected encounters.

The Newspaper Office - a place where important clues might be hidden amid the clutter of papers and coffee cups.

The Police Station - this is where the official investigation into Arthur’s death is being conducted. But the police aren’t ready to answer every question.

The Neighbor Downstairs - sometimes the most interesting encounters await right next door.

The Date apartment - a place where you can briefly forget about the investigation and focus on more pleasant matters.

THAT one room - we’ll probably skip the explanation here. For now.

We have really high hopes for this game. From the very start of development, our team has strived to create a project in which high-quality visuals, well-developed characters, and a captivating story complement one another.

Now that development is entering the home stretch, we can say with confidence: Guilty Pleasures is poised to become TopHouse Publishing’s most ambitious and large-scale project to date.

And our ambitions don’t stop there. We want to not only surpass our own previous projects, but also set a new standard of quality for adult games as a whole.
